2. Overview

This site processes very little personal data. There are no user accounts, no tracking, no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

3. Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany); the data is stored on servers in Germany. When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the site). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Fonts

The fonts we use are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made when you open a page.

5. Cookie and local storage

If you switch the language, we store a cookie (“sp_lang”, 12 months) with your choice. It contains no other data and is required to display the site in your language (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It only leaves your device when you send the order by e-mail yourself. You can empty it at any time in the cart.

6. Page view counter

We count anonymously how often tournaments and galleries are viewed. No IP addresses, cookies or other identifiers that could be linked to a person are stored.

7. Orders by e-mail

You place orders by e-mail. We process the details you send us (name, e-mail address, selected images and licence, billing address if applicable) to handle the order, deliver the images and invoice you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the data once the purpose ceases, unless statutory retention obligations (commercial and tax law) apply.

8. Payment by PayPal

On request, payment is made by PayPal. PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg) processes your payment data as an independent controller; its privacy policy applies. We only receive the details needed to match the payment (name, e-mail address, amount). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

9. Delivery by WeTransfer

We deliver ordered images through a download link from WeTransfer (WeTransfer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands). The files and your e-mail address are processed there for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. WeTransfer’s privacy policy also applies.

10. Photos and starter data

We take photos at tournaments and show them in galleries with an image number. For some tournaments we also assign the rider’s name, horse, club and head number to the images. This information comes from the start lists issued at the event. It appears in the enlarged view, in the cart and in the order e-mail, and can be found through the search on the tournament page. The purpose is to let participants and their families find and order their photos. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Galleries with starter data are blocked for search engines.

You may object to the publication of your photo or details at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to hallo@sportpicsell.com with the tournament and image number — we remove the content without delay. This expressly includes requests from parents of minors.

11. External links

We link to Instagram and Facebook. Their privacy policies apply once you open those sites. The “share” button only opens Facebook after you click; no data is sent there beforehand.

12. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time. Contact hallo@sportpicsell.com for this.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.
